By subscribing to any Rukka Receipts plan (Solo, Hustler) — either as a paid user or on trial — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy

→ How Rukka Works

Rukka Receipts is a WhatsApp-first expense tracking tool that helps users log receipts, categorize spending, and receive reports. You interact with Rukka via WhatsApp and your data is stored securely in Google Sheets.

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to https://www.rukka-receipts.com/ and your interaction with our Whatsapp bots and human agents. This policy explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitute your agreement with us (“Agreement”).

→ Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed monthly, in advance. No refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations. You may cancel your plan at any time to avoid charges in the next cycle.

→ User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and lawful data when submitting receipts. You are responsible for any personal or business tax reporting based on your financial records as Rukka Receipts only facilitates logging.

→ Data Collection & Usage

We collect the following data:

Users' Whatsapp number including Member non Subscriber submitted by Member
Receipt images and their extracted contents (e.g., date, amount, tax)
Spend type (based on your input)
WhatsApp interactions with our bot
Google Sheet logs linked to your account

We use this data solely to operate and improve Rukka Receipts.

→ Data Storage & Security

Your receipt data is stored in a private Google Sheet under a secure system managed by our team. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Backups and encryption methods are employed to safeguard your information.

→ WhatsApp Messaging & Consent

By using Rukka Receipts, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from us including business-initiated messages for utility purposes , including:

Receipt confirmation
Spending summaries and reports
Usage alerts (e.g. nearing monthly limits)
Feature updates and important service-related information

This consent is mandatory for the service to function. Declining would disable reporting and confirmations. This consent does not cover consent for marketing related messages

→ Trial Period

If you are on a trial, you are still subject to these Terms and the messaging consent above. Trial usage includes all utility notifications needed to experience the product as intended.

→ Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure accuracy, but we are not responsible for any financial losses, incorrect data entries, or business decisions made using Rukka Receipts outputs.
